    2024-2025 Class Description Form

    NOTE: All class offerings are considered tentative until the ACE Board releases the final schedule for registration purposes. Classes are placed on the schedule based upon many factors, including expressed interest, need to accommodate student enrollment expectations, need to balance the schedule between elective and core classes, and teacher/assistant availability (like nursery need). 
    ​PreK-5th grades maximum class fee is $10             6th-12th grades maximum class fee is $20
    Remember scissors, crayons, glue, and similar supplies are to be purchased by the parents for their children, not with co-op monies.  
    **Requests for more than the maximum amounts require an explanation in the box below as well as Board permission (you will be notified if your request is granted or not prior to registration).

    In the following Supplies Required box, please list all required supplies (not covered by the class fee).   
    Examples:  particular textbook with specific edition/publication year, internet access at home, notebook, binder, pencils, pens, crayons, glue, etc.
    Typical class sizes by grade are:  Preschool=8,   K-5th=12,    6th-12th=15 
    There are some exceptions like PE which will have more for middle school and high school.
    In order to accommodate all participating ACE families, please carefully consider your need for a reduced class size when submitting your class description. If requested, you must explain why in the box below.  

    Classes for students in Preschool-5th grades will have an assistant. If an assistant is requested for older students' classes, please explain why in the box below.
